Special furniture/material:
- We hacked down the wall between the living hall & stairs, to make the living hall appear more spacious and bring in natural light and ventilation to the staircase.
- Horizontal full length TV feature wall make the living area appear wider and low console. And we designed a full height timbre strips divider to have a little privacy for people walking up & down the stairs.

- A Side board that continues to become a dining bench with storage, stretches along with the blue wall across the dining hall.

- Master Bedroom we designed a finer timbre strips to maintain the ceiling ht and airy look. An accent paint colour was selected for the bedhead wall to bring more depth for the room.

- Homeowners have their existing world map that they wish to bring it to their new home and it fit perfectly at the family area wall. We chose a dark colour to bring out the contrast and have spotlights above it to enhance it further. The the Electrical box was hidden in a timbre strips looking cabinet with display niche.

- In addition to the wet kitchen provided by developer. We designed a dry kitchen, to house the wine chiller, coffee machine & dry stores.

- One of the bedrooms was converted to a playroom, sliding door was installed to be more space saving. We built a day bed for storage and a reading corner. Roman blinds were installed for a sleek yet cosy look.
