A royal/dark blue wall with timbre trimmings is created to bring in more depth to the living room. And a two tier TV console makes it durable and maximising the storage with drawers below. Cove lighting are introduced to illuminate from beneath the TV console and half height cabinet to further enhance the floating effect.

- Owners wanted a full ht cushion headboard with gold trims. A royal purple velvet headboard completes with black frame and wall lights adds up to the look of the room. A sitting dresser with make up lights is design to house appliances like hair dryer and stylers, but keeping them out of sight behind a full length mirror. Bed frame with storage drawers are customised for extra storage with a elevated look.
- A Study room to be used by two person. The design for the study room is worked around the existing bay windows and beam.
Study lights under the display ledge. Full height cabinets on the left to maximise storage. Wooden blinds are used for a cleaner/ sleeker look. - Cable management compartment was introduced to keep the power points and cables out of sight in an organised manner.
Special furniture/material: Fabric Cushion top for the bay windows, laminates for the study top cabinet and table.
- A full stretch of wardrobe was designed with black frame and cream doors and recessed handles.

Beveled edges clear mirror with timbre trimmings to bring in more detail. A suspended wine rack with display shelves that illuminates light made it visually lighter than a bulky cabinet.
- A built in dining bench with storage was designed to keep the dining area clear of the walkway access to balcony, as well as to accommodate when friends and family come over for gatherings. Black timber trim was added to the existing fixed glass panel to frame up the kitchen view.
Special furniture/material: laminate finish bench topped with cushion in faux leather finishing for ease of maintence and comfort.
- Client requested for a black and white marble look for the bathroom. Black marble looking tiles was proposed for a polished look and easier maintenance compare to real marble. A large vanity mirror with shallow storage is a practical solution to hide away the visual clutter from toiletries, at the same time making the bathroom appear bigger. the covelights beneath the mirror brought out a soft warm glow.
Special furniture/material: Granite – jet black @ baywindow top & vanity counter top, mosaic at shower area floor. Dry area floor and walls are finished in homogeneous tiles.
